About Us
Responding to the need for highly competent, skilled, result-oriented yet cost-effective lawyers, two senior and outstanding litigation, corporate special projects and tax lawyers left their promising careers at the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (“Accralaw”) and combined their talents and skills with a highly effective labor, banking, and litigation lawyer on 01 June 2002. Soon after, another former senior litigation lawyer of Accralaw and erstwhile Undersecretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (“DENR”) and Deputy Commissioner for Legal Affairs of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (“BIR”) joined them. Thus, the Ubano Sianghio Cabantac & Sta. Romana Law Offices or USCS Law Firm was established.
